Getting Started

How do I log in to A7 Access?

  1. Visit A7Access.com.
  2. Click on Login or go directly to A7Access.com/backstage/.
  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. (Optional) Check “Remember Me” to stay logged in.
  5. Click Log In.

      What if I forgot my password?

      1. Go to the login page.
      2. Click “Lost your password?”.
      3. Enter your registered email address.
      4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

      How do I change my password?

      1. Go to the login page.
      2. Click “Lost your password?”.
      3. Enter your registered email address.
      4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

      What if I don’t know my login information?

      1. First, try a password reset on the login page. Click “Lost your password?”.
        • If your AFV email address is associated with an existing account, you will receive a password reset link.
        • Check your spam/junk folder
      2. Contact your AFV Manager for all login credential requests.
        • All credential requests must come through an AFV Manager or Admin.
        • We are unable to produce credentials through our support requests.

      Project Submission

      How do I submit a video project request?

      1. Log in and go to the Project Submission Form.
      2. Fill out the required fields, including:
        • Client Information
        • Video Preferences
        • Project Details
        • Key Messaging Points
        • Logo (Vector format preferred: EPS, AI, SVG)
        • Branding Guidelines (if available)
        • High-Resolution Product Images or Video Clips
        • Any reference materials for script development
      3. Review your submission and agree to the project timeline and review process.
      4. Click Submit.

      What happens after I submit a request?

      • Your request will be reviewed.
      • Once the script is drafted, you’ll get an email notification for approval or edits.
      • You can check the status or actions required by you on your Inbox and Statuses pages at any time.

      Tips for Project Success

      What information should I provide?

      To ensure the best quality video production, provide:

      • Clear project objectives and messaging points.
      • High-resolution logos and branding materials.
      • Any reference materials that help with script development.
      • Specific style or creative direction, if applicable.

      What file types should I request for the best results?

      For the highest-quality video production, request:

      • Logos: Vector formats (EPS, AI, SVG) or high-resolution PNG with transparent backgrounds.
      • Images: High-resolution PNG, JPG, or TIFF files.
      • Brand Guidelines: Include colors, font preferences, textures, and image direction.

      What if my client does not have high-resolution or vector assets?

      • If vector or high-resolution logos are unavailable, request the largest and clearest image possible.
      • Low-resolution images can result in blurry or pixelated video elements.
      • If needed, suggest a redesign or recreation of assets to maintain quality.

      Project Tracking & Approvals

      How do I track my project’s status?

      1. Log in to your A7 Access account.
      2. Click “Statuses” in the top right menu.
      3. View details such as:
        • Project Number
        • Client Company Name
        • Current Step in the development phase
        • Current Status (Pending, In Review, Approved, etc.)

      How do I review and approve my script?

      1. Check your email for a script approval notification.
      2. Click the link in the email (ensure you’re logged in).
      3. Review the script:
        • To approve: Click Approve.
        • To request edits: Click Reject and add notes for revisions.
      4. Your request will be processed, and you’ll be notified when an updated version of the script or video proof is ready.

      How do I review and approve the video?

      1. Once the video is ready, you’ll receive an email notification.
      2. Access the video from your A7 Access Inbox or via the email link.
      3. Review the video:
        • To approve: Click Approve.
        • To request edits: Click Reject and provide feedback.
      4. After approval, you’ll receive a finalized video download link.

      How long do I get to download my Finalized Video?

      1. Video assets will be stored for 30 days with the downloadable link provided.
      2. Please download and store your video as soon as it is received.
      3. After 30 days, files may be removed from our system for availability to download via your download link.
      4. If you need access beyond 30 days, and have not already downloaded your video, please contact us via our support form, including the company name for the project and project number for retrieval assistance.

      Notifications & Communication

      Where will I receive project updates?

      • All updates, including script approvals and final video deliveries, will be sent from no-reply@a7access.com.
      • You can also track progress in the Statuses section of your account.

      I didn’t receive an email. What should I do?

      1. Check your spam/junk folder.
      2. Make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account.
      3. If you still don’t see an email, contact support for assistance.
